Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair

Hey ladies :)

Today I’ll talk about one of my most favorite skin products.

 It’s Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex 2. I use it for about … 2 months now, and I loooove it. 

It’s a serum that has high levels of hyaluronic acid, so when you put it under your moisturizer it … sucks in the moisture from the moisturizer into your skin. It works with every moisturizer you use, doesn’t have to be a particular one.

 

Also, it claims to synchronize the work of you cells, so they can recover all at the same time, at night.

The new thing in Recovery Complex 2 is a technology that helps the natural catabolism in the cells, which is a process that, let’s say, cleanse the cells. So that way when the cell is cleansed, the recovery is optimized. 

The things I see from a 2 month use is that my skin is softer, it’s hydrated, my complexion is brighter. The all around look of my skin is better and it’s looking healthier.

It’s not a cheap product, but you won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend it!

Fall Favorites 2013 :)

Hey guys! I am so sorry for not been able to write here for the last couple of weeks. I was super busy and tired. I apologize!

The fall is over so let’s get into my fall favorites for 2013. :)

I have all sort of things.

For beauty favorites I have a few things.

The first one is the Clinique Dramatically different moisturizing lotion. I use it after Clinique clarifying lotion 2 for normal to dry skin, and I love it. It really made difference in my skin. It hydrates it, makes it really soft and plump. I really love it!

Next is the Dove Nutritive solutions conditioner. I’ve talked about it in my last article, so you can read more about it there. I’ll just say I really like it, it makes my hair soft and nourished.

I’ve been really liking a deep purple/ plumy kind of colored eyeshadow for fall. I’m not going to say the name of this exact eyeshadow because it’s discontinued, but this kind of color I really like. It makes my greenish eyes pop. I like to put it all over the lid and blend it out above the crease with a little bit of my bronzer. It makes it blend really pretty.

For fragrance this fall I’ve been wearing DKNY Pure Rose. It’s not really a fall fragrance, but I loved it. It smells clean and fresh and flowery. I love it, it makes me feel happy. :)

One boring favorite is a new deodorant I’ve tried. It’s  the Nivea Invisible for black and white. I was using Garnier also for … anti-white marks, but I decided to try this one because my boyfriend use the men one and really likes it. I do like this more than the Garnier one. I don’t really like the smell better, but for anti-white protection it’s better.

Now for some non-beauty favorites.

First one is scarves. I LOVE SCARVES! I like big, round, knitted scarves. This is my green one. I have a berry red one. I bought another reddish one the other day from H&M. Just scarves in general. LOVE THEM.

The other thing is my new wallpapers in my room. I’ve had a lavender/grey-ish  colored room for the couple last years and I loved it, but it was time for change. Now my room is more neutral, which I love. I’m really neutral, natural kind of person. I just like these colors. Brown, grey, taupe, beige.. 

This is not a new thing. I have it for about two and half years and I loved it from the begging, but I rediscovered my love  for it this month. It’s my car. It needed a serious repair this month, and for the few days I didn’t have it I realize how much I love my car. And it’s not because I’m spoiled and can’t live without a car. It’s just MY car. I love driving in general, but I love driving MY car so much more. It really makes me happy, and calms me, and always makes me feel better. I probably sound mental for most of you , but I’m sure there is someone who will understand me. :)

And the last thing is a band. Die Antwoord . They’re African and weird and .. really weird, and I LOVE them. They’re definitely not everyones cup of tea. I needed about a month to decide if I really like them or I really hate them. I’ll link them so you can decide for yourself :)

 I’m so excited for winter and for Christmas! Although I really can’t stand the cold, the snow is so pretty, and the winter in general is so beautiful season, and Christmas is my favorite time of the year!

Dove Hair Therapy and Nivea Eye Make-up Remover

I hope you are all feeling well :)

Today I’ll show you two products that I bought the other day.

The first thing is the Nivea Double Effect Eye Make-up Remover, which I already tried. I have to say, I’m really loving it! Usually I am not the biggest Nivea fan. Don’t get me wrong I don’t hate them or anything, I’m just not really impressed with their products. But this one – Oh wow.. It removes your make-up super easy, and what impressed me the most is how it leaves your eye area feeling super comfortable, not dry, not too oily, just amazing. I really like it! 

And the second product is the Dove hair therapy Nutritive Solutions Nourishing Oil Care …. Conditioner. I’m sorry, but the name is .. 3 days long. You can see it on the picture. I haven’t tried any Dove hair products, but a friend of mine said she loves them, and because she has a similar hair to mine I decided to try something. So, I haven’t actually tried this one yet, but I have a feeling I’ll like it. I have really long hair and I can not live without a conditioner or a mask! If any of you have tried it or have a Dove hair product recommendation, please leave it in the comments below!

Also, I was thinking to start doing a seasonal favorites, instead of monthly, because I don’t have enough for monthly. Tell me if you’d like that.

October's face - simple and natural

Hey guys :)

So today I’ll show you the products I’ve been using the past few weeks on the everyday bases. I’ll add some or change some from day to day, but these are the essentials.

The first thing is my Catrice Camouflage Cream concealer. I use it under my eyes and on any blemishes or dark spots I have. It’s full coverage, but at the same time it looks natural. The only down side is the color range. I think they have only 3 colors, I have 010ivory, which is the lightest one.

To set my concealer and to even my skintone I use Clinique Superbalanced powder makeup SPF15 in 03 natural. I like it because it’s not drying to my skin and it looks really natural, while evening my skintone. 

In these days where I wear super natural makeup I like using my Avon Colotrend blush in Cheeky. It’s peachy-pink color, very light not heavy or super pigmented. It gives a really nice glow to the face and it looks super fresh and  cute.

So that’s for the face. Now to the eyes, brows and lips.

For the eyes I first curl my lashes. I may go out without mascara, but I’ll not go out without curling my lashes first. So, I curl my lashes with my eyelash curler( btw I need to buy a new one, so if you have any recommendations I’ll be glad to let my know :) ) and I put a coat of mascara. Now I’m using Maybelline The Rocket mascara, which you all have heard about, if you’re not- It’s amazing, you need to try it!

The other thing I use on my eyes is an Oriflame Khol Pencil in nude. It’s pretty simple, you put it on your waterline and it makes your eyes look bigger and brighter.

Brows

For brows I use either my Rimmel Brow pencil in 004 black brown, or a grey-brown  eyeshadow   from  a Catrice duo that I got as gift with purchase. I like them both, I think this pencil is a really good color for me.

Usually I use a brow gel after filling them, but untill I find browgel that really works, I’m using a clean mascara wand and a hair spray. It works brilliant! 

 

And the last thing I’m using is a Coca-Cola Cherry Lip Smacker which I’m loooooooving! It smells … amazing, it tastes amazing, it hydrates … I’m loving it!
